The site is located at the junction of Crouch Hill and Holly Park within 100m of Crouch Hill Underground station. The building design will include a five-storey residential block and a three-storey community centre.
All residential units are designed to comply with current Lifetime Homes, Mayor of London and Islington Accessible Housing standards. Ten percent of the dwellings are suitable for residents in a wheelchair.
The community centre is split over three levels, its main entrance being on the ground floor from Crouch Hill. A secondary entrance is located at the first floor. The surrounding open spaces slope over approximately one storey.
