Contract value  – £345,000

A new build timber frame development of 87 units located in the centre of Croydon. The development was split across of 4 blocks with the main block being 7 stores with 63 flats. It was a mixed tenure development with 23 of the units for shared ownership rent and the remainder were for social rent. The project was designed to achieve code level homes 3 using PV’s to achieve 10% of the electrical demand. We were responsible for the further design and producing all working drawings for the development. We started on the site in late August and had completed all first fix works by Christmas (87 first fixes in 15 weeks).
