This scheme was to design and construct a 6 storey concrete frame structure with external elevations clad with brickwork, render and timber cladding.

The scheme consisted of 22 no. – 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom affordable and intermediate apartments.

Featuring photovoltaic panels on the roof, the scheme complies with planning requirements and provides 20% renewable energy to assist in achieving level 3 in the Code for Sustainable Homes.

We were involved in the early design team meetings with the consultants to get the project moving forwards.
