A New Build Development of 74 Units designed to achieve code level 4. The project consisted of 5 Blocks of Flats. 10 One Bed Apartments and 21 Two Bed Apartments for Shared Ownership. There were 13 Private Sale Two Bed Apartments and 11 Socially Rented Apartments. The remainder of the Plots were a mixture of 2, 3 & 4 Bedroom Houses. Private Units had Stainless Steel Accessories and Down Lights throughout. A quick moving development with the First Phase of 4 Blocks of Flats and 10 Houses handed over at the end of February.
